The Senior Management Network has now launched the Request For Help facility on the website.
The idea of this facility is that members can place a notification of a problem they have, where they would like assistance and ideas.
In order to post a Request For Help, you must already be a member of the Senior Management Network, and in order to respond to a problem you must also be a member.
A random selection of Requests For Help will be displayed on the registration page, so that they are displayed to non members, who then may like to become members in order to assist.
To respond to a Request For Help listed you can click on the specific Request For Help to find out more details about it. On the page showing the details there will be a link that lets you send an email to the owner of the Request For Help.
The pose a problem facility will differ from the proposed notice board facility in that there will be no charge for listing a maximum of 3 problems. The difference between the two is that a problem is considered to be a specific issue where the recipient is requiring help or advice, whereas a notice is considered to be advertising, an announcement or a more general request for a particular level of expertise.
Problems will be displayed in date and order with the newest problem being displayed first.
If you have any views on how the Request For Help facility should work or could be improved, then please let us know by emailing us via the contact link at the bottom of the page.
